Ford, Petty’s Garage to build limited-edition Mustang GT from SEMA Show

Ford and Petty's Garage are teaming up to bring the tuner's supercharged, 627-horsepower Mustang GT from the 2014 SEMA Show to dealers. The boosted 'Stangs are limited to 143 units and at least one is already sold.

John Hennessey took his personal 2015 HPE700 Supercharged Ford Mustang to the Continental Tire Proving Grounds in Texas to see just how fast the muscle car would go. It managed 195.4 miles per hour when it hit the limiter going down the straight.
